The thing is that Senran Kagura, after Marvelous' main farming simulators, is Marvelous' biggest draw whether it be game, recognizably or merch sales. Considering economy and marvelous not doing well, it could be something like that.

I'm conflicted on whether to grab Peach Beach Splash on sale to support the series (in my own cheap-bastard way) or pirate it since Marvelous has practically said they don't intend to ever make another SK game.

Only game I played was beach splash and while I thought the gameplay was fun despite the jank, I didn't like the gameplay loop of short spouts of gameplay, getting hit with a loading screen, and then going to a cutscene which felt just as, if not longer than the actual gameplay

What is the best game in the series anyway?

>>40782 Personally think Burst Re:Newal is the best overall. It got a bad rap on release because half the cast is DLC, but the combat's a lot faster and more reactive than the other 3D games.
