So what do you all think of the new perks?
>Do No Harm
When healing another Survivor, depending on their accumulated Hook Stages, you benefit from the following effects:
-Increases your Altruistic Healing speed by 30/40/50 % per Hook Stage, up to a maximum of 60/80/100%.
-Increases the Progression bonus of Great Healing Skill Checks by +3% per Hook Stage, up to a maximum of +6%.
>Duty of Care
While healthy, taking a Protection Hit causes all other Survivors within 16 metres of your location to benefit from the following effect:
-Grants them a +25% Haste Status Effect for 4/5/6 seconds.
>Rapid Response
After performing a Rushed action to exit a Locker, Rapid Response triggers its effect:
-The Aura of the Killer is revealed to you for 1/1.5/2 second(s).
-Causes you to suffer from the Exhausted Status Effect for 30 seconds.
Do No Harm honestly seems like it just pales compared to We'll Make It, which in my opinion is the best altruistic healing perk in the game and often overlooked. In fact it's so much better that I worry they'll realize now We'll Make It needs to be nerfed in order to make other situational healing perks to pick from even worth considering.
Duty Of Care is the real standout. SWF groups can make some real coordinated plays with it, but that's not even the point. Any normal player working on a gen can see a chase nearby with an injured survivor and go in to take a protection hit at the right time, extending the chase (possibly by a whole lot). Now, with Duty Of Care, doing so wouldn't just extend the chase, it would force the killer to switch targets. If you yourself have Overcome equipped too, it might result in the killer just losing both of you.
Rapid Response could have its uses, maybe with Lithe/Quick & Quiet/Dance With Me for example so you know exactly where to run to lose the killer. As is though I think it requires a build to be built around it in order to make it useful and it's not solid simply on it's own. However it might have some fun situational uses, like if the killer is using Mindbreaker so you get to see him whenever you touch a gen. Or if you go against Alien and get to see his aura whenever you pick up a turret.
