I've been rattling around the idea of a long form mom-son vore story in my head for a while that I want to run by you guys and see if it would be worth writing. Remember, your characters can be as horrible or domineering as you want them to be, but don't ignore the weight of certain decisions they might have to make. Something like what you've presented is not decided on lightly, so either lean in to her disregard of his wellbeing by the end, or try to have her come up with at least somewhat convincing reasons to justify the act to herself.
