If you're a skinny Asian girl in your 20's, your BP can probably dip below normal and you'd still be perfectly stable. A MAP of 65 would normally be alarming, as in if someone showed up to the ER like that, you'd be bracing to call a sepsis alert, but she's also tweeting about it and her arm isn't in a puddle of sweat.
The squiggly line isn't a cardiac tele waveform (or she'd be actively dying) but it's just a normal SpO2 read, albeit possibly fast (hard to tell with camera angle) which wouldn't be surprising since the heart would be compensating for the low BPs with tachycardia.
If it's something related to throat ulcers or something like that she may have a GI bleed, which isn't the end of the world when you're already in the hospital and you're young and otherwise healthy.
But then again she's Canadian so their healthcare system might do things differently.
My armchair prognosis is that she's going to be ogey but whenever she stabilizes and returns to streaming, YUY won't be able to get
///white\\\ girl wasted on stream anymore. Which is a shame because those streams are kino.
