For what? Things to pursue, or strategies for figuring out concrete plans for what he wants to pursue?
I know external collabs have been iffy for people, but the answer's probably going to be networking, at least to some extent. In a workplace, you'd usually have coworkers with more experience than you to get advice and mentorship from. The boys (and management) don't have that, which is their glaring weakness right now. So, he'd benefit from making connections with other content creators who have more experience in the fields he's interested. Hakka's been very good at this with regards to music, but Hakka's on a level where he's an equal collaborator. In Shinri's case, he's just going to want to make friends with people who he can get casual advice from on how to develop his skills. A good amount of voice actors seem to have interest in vtubing, even if they don't do it as a main thing, so Cover's brand power can help with at least establishing legitimacy. Jurard got CyYu's attention a while back from his Akihiko thirsting clips, so it wouldn't be the weirdest thing for Shinri to approach someone like him. Megan Shipman, Anya's EN voice, also collabed with Nerissa using her vtuber persona.
