this is part of why I hate Offkai, because no matter how bad some events go, or what the fans experience is, any complains will get shouted down by the entourage of yesmen under the banner of "Well at least the girls had fun! That's all that matters, right?"
no, nigger, that's not all that matters, if fans didn't have a good time, if events weren't what they were hyped up to be, or worse, weren't what they were advertised at all, that's a problem that needs to be addressed
