Again you fucking MORON, the label tells you it's from plant based fats, in opposition to animal fats! That's all. Plant-based fats are seed oils, avocado, grape seed, etc., often mixtures of them, that's it. That's the only purpose of the label. It doesn't mean the oil comes from a potato, or a cucumber, or broccoli, or another "vegetable", nobody thinks that when they think "vegetable oil".
When a recipe calls for "vegetable oil", it just means "use canola, or rapeseed, or avocado, but don't use bacon grease nor lard"
