After calculating how hard it would be to save 200,000 dollars in 2 years on top of other costs and wondering why I'm so fucking poor, I realized that Bread and Circuses are free- vtubers, youtube, streaming- all of that shit is free. Even garbage on crunchyroll is free (I don't care about netflix, subscriptions are gay) and food is free if you steal it from food banks. It all makes so much sense now why this garbage dump of a society where I'm making barely more than I was in 2019 because wages have gone down, but costs have gone up 50-100% with no way to easily get rich with one weird trick (crypto or stocks or gold) because every stupid niche is filled, continues to exist without brutally imploding on itself.
