What if the merch is in the pipeline, BUT it's all coming from China and it has insane tariff costs that VShojo foolishly promised to pay, so the talents are now left with the decision to either a) junk all of the merch or b) pay the tariffs that are more than the cost of the merch itself. It's possible they'll even somehow be liable for costs, (potentially ever-accumulating as they sit at the dock), even if the pick the first option. This is total speculation and it's likely something totally different, but it never made sense to me how VShojo was somehow offering free shipping and zero tariffs when everyone else's merch is like this.
