sleepy's coffee is, without any doubt, tales's greatest ever achievement in the history of phase connect custom roast coffee. this is the best decaf i have ever had in my life. it tastes like a perfectly-balanced medium roast with absolutely no flaws or stale flavors at all. phase connect custom roast eepy sleepy absolutely flies circles around every other decaf i have ever tasted, easily beating the CO2 decaf from the james hoffmann decaf tasting project last winter, and by an even greater margin than that roast had beaten the best ethyl acetate decafs i'd had beforehand. this is no joke. if you want a decaf coffee i cannot think of a way to beat this. absolutely outstanding.
