Added Deerling, a new Ember common, to the base set.
Corn Dog can now only trigger once per turn.
Hagstorian hp 1->2.
Local Game Store dur 4->3, can't generate oshi cards anymore.
Navigator Dizzy cost 4->5, now has oshi cost reduction, discount on drawn card lasts an additional turn at the cost of making the drawn card temporary.
Sleepyhead atk 1->2.
Where This Jelly Bloons oshi cost reduction now stacks.
Wizard Ember cost 6->5, atk 6->5, now actually casts a 3-cost Fireball spell that deals 4 (5 from the yap bonus) damage.
