For me it's the constant voice changes, other anons already talked about it but I wanted to expand on why some people don't like it,
imo a vtuber's voice is the most important part of their persona, which is why they can easily change models or rebrand completely, Zen changing her voice every streams and sometimes even mid-stream makes it hard to get a clear and consistent mental image of her character, and it's especially confusing during large collabs
On top of that her new voices have weird intonations that come out at completely random times, for example you know in context that Zen is saying something in a neutral or relaxed tone but the AI thingy decides to make her angrily yell the sentence out loud, or when Zen says something serious or sad and the voice decides to come out as happy or goofy, it's completely discordant and inconsistent, the OG robotic voice had its own charm and its own comedic (and even emotional i'd say) value, even though it was monotone you could often tell when Zen was raging, panicking, and even sad, and with the tracking alone you could easily tell when she was laughing
For many people the monotone voice will still be Zen's true voice, she used it for so long that it's difficult to think it's no longer part of her identity, the fast TTS upgrade was a step in the right direction for her stream's quality, the daily random voices with schizophrenic intonations is not, if she's gonna use a new voice she should at least just pick one and stick with it
