It absolutely is on the Indians and outsourcing as a whole. As a man of 39 years I can confirm beyond doubt that the quality of all software, as a whole, has been on a steady decline across the years and it accelerated in the last five or so. It was never this amateurish, bad, or held with duct tape. For instance there are old memes about how Windows 95 and 98 would BSOD randomly and such, but that was nothing compared to just how shoddy software is today. I often use old and downright obsolete software for fun (I'm on Linux but have a few old machines) and there's software from the late 80s and early 90s that makes modern software look like complete dogshit. The best word processors are all archaic stuff from the late 80s for instance. One program I like to use for writing is from the early fucking 80s.
The issue is that hardware is very powerful and there's no more optimization, bug checking and fixes, nothing. So coding declined into jeet crap and AI. And on top of all that something like "Google" or "Youtube" is essentially legacy software with mountains of patches and crap on top of its core, and there are no more people who have the skill and autism to fix it all. Only jeet crap pasted on top of pasted code. It's all running on fumes even if we disregard the whole corporate bullshit that nerfed it all.
It's all fucking shit now.

It usually is. I had no issue, I just saw people panicking across the Net while watching Shiina. Someone fucked up something in specific regions.
