Watching the Lumi VOD, I've been saying it for a long time but I like the idea of chuubas sticking around even if it's on a more occasional basis rather than graduating outright when it's time for them to move on. But I also understand it's very circumstantial, and sometimes for various reasons people have a need to fully close a chapter of their lives. But staying around as a Phase "citizen", or in some capacity of management, still engaging with your old community when it feels natural and you have the time/interest in it, seems cool.
Also as a somewhat related point I guess, streamers have often talked about how their line of work isn't the most stable, "what if (site) just went offline tomorrow" and things like that, which while still true when you look at the global economy and job market right now, what shitass offerings are out there, people who already have an established audience and streaming presence ironically now probably have one of the more stable careers.
