It seems to be mainly family and personal problems.

There isn't much Cover can do, and it seems she didn't say anything too bad about them, the worst thing were:
>She couldn't make friends at the company, even though many of the girls have tried to reach out to her
>Basically, she isolated herself and then expected the other girls to do all the work to be friends

Rumor that Shion was allowed to do the bare minimum but she ended up quitting anyway
>Complained that there were too many lesbians in the company and that sometimes they made collab awkward
