Mind blowing. Has actual exercises you can learn to purposefully change the way your brain and its imprints work. It’s how I went from right-handedness/left brained to ambidextrous, and now I mostly use my left hand for most tasks, which has changed my thought processes radically as well. He is a natural sociobiologist and a funny guy too
