I dunno how sleek you'd want to go for "urban" because there's ranges now
there are ones in this vein:
https://housingsnap.com/38317 ;
https://housingsnap.com/31722 (neither have windows tho, {Please forgive me.})
https://housingsnap.com/40653 is probably the closest thing imo to what's been mentioned so far, if you don't mind city-scapes... (I think they used the indirect lighting for the top but not sure straight off what causes those beacon-ish lights on the top)
https://housingsnap.com/39757 uses a similar technique with those waterfall partitions (and I think as well the desk you can get from Origenics for some of the lighting, just turned and sunken a bit)
and then others that heavily source solution nine (like this
https://housingsnap.com/43160) as inspo,
if the latter you may wanna grind out some moon points for access to those super saturated new (nonmetal) dyes since they're really vivid and give more of a "newer" look to items when dyed.
Do you want floor to ceiling windows? or something a bit smaller -- I think gaol partitions could work for a futuristic feeling (or some of the NieR crossover stuff), and whether or not you want foliage as well, certain urban environs might not have much of that, maybe at most some pesky ivy or a really diligent weed but I'd think you'd want something like the latter if you were making a more transitional space like an alley vs. a room/bar w/e. for the floor to ceiling window if you wanna avoid the rattan piece and also avoid the enclosed windows people make, I've seen some people use the mgp dance poles? it has a pretty clean look as long as you have enough above/below to hide the feet and sink or float it a bit.
sorry to continually yap in here lmao, I love thinking about housing and how to evoke a certain kind of feeling. Oh, and I think for distant skyscrapers, people used lockers historically, but with lighting you can make some with pretty simple vendored items (with some roof lighting on them as a bonus):

the Orthos wall placard and lanterns like the elpis one or the lvl 95 dungeon one to make some shorter/more distant ones too, which I think some of the hs links did. even in a small or fc/apartment, you can have two indirect lights, so you could have one to make shorter shadows as well for lower buildings maybe
