>Wetting mechanics, food consumption
When they work. Pick the perk that gives you negative continence, and you will never have an accident unless you force yourself to. And the food is horribly balanced.
>Mainquest, Sidequests
>long storyline, bugfixes
It's only "long" because he gives you running shoes that only work outside. Only if none of the sequences break. Set off the fire alarm in the hospital, save, and then load. EVERYONE comes back, and if you have to load further in the level you have to walk all the way back through a horde of dudes to trigger it again.
>active developer
Doesn't make him a "good" developer.
>good documentation of the game
Like, because there's a walkthrough or something? I'm not sure why good documentation = good game. Pretty sure English isn't his first language, and when an NPC gives you directions in broken English, makes it kinda tough to figure shit out.
>interactive 3D world
Some of the world is alright, but most is just empty space. There's no reason for some these areas (Hospital, the Daycare Area) to be soooo big.

>camera and movement
I have a pretty high tolerance for jank, so while it is an issue I agree on you with, it didn't bother me as much.
>hospital area SUCKING so hard
It's awful and feels like it's meant for padding. Super long hallways and big rooms, all explored at a snails pace because running indoors is a: "No-No."
I'm sure I can think of other issues, but this post is too long already.
