If you use the lorebook, you just need to import it into the world info and then activate it into the "Active World for All chats". The entry is CONSTANT so the content will automatically be injected in your preset (whichever you are using) and sent with each message. Get into the habit of checking the Window Powershell to see what SillyTavern is actually sending to the AI.
