I bought my first ever holy bible, along with two other Christian books. A few years ago I read Mere Christianity by CS Lewis but I've never read the bible. I decided it's time to let Christ more fully and devoutly into my life, so I bought the holy bible and two books written by saint Paisios. Do you have any opinions on him, or any advice to give me for my first ever read of the holy bible?

This is my first Easter since returning to the faith. It was quite the joyous day. I bought my mom some tulips and spent some good time with her. Feeling good.

But, the Universe APPEARS to be over six thousand years old (could be Satan, but I'm not holding my breath), and it APPEARS to have the kind of time-span on which Deep Time, and thus Evolution, can operate.
