If the board you want to advertise to is not listed (and is not part of the webring), consider them a graylist board until they tell you otherwise. Advertising to groups and hangouts of anons is welcome. Blacklist: Only three groups advertised to have requested blacklisting, so I don't feel it necessary to post their names. Chances are anon will not have problems unless he is advertising inside of IRCs, webring boards not on the white/graylists, or is asking about the Lutrinae subfamily of animals. If you don't get the references you don't need to know them. Obviously don't invite 4chan either. Use this thread for coordination and for requests that can't be sent over emai

New Board Owner here, I'm went ahead and send the emails to the respective imageboard admins. I frankly don't know a lot about the webring, so I restrained myself to the imageboards from last year's BO's list. What I want to do this year is to contact people from hispanic imageboards. Recently Hispachan closed down and most of their anons are scattered around all the internet, so it would be nice to invite them, set aside board drama and dumb fights for a couple of hours and spend a fun time together. Event's date is DECEMBER 17 AND 18 I'm updating the thread as soon as people reply the emails so other anons could send their invitations as stated on the part 2. If anyone want to invite other imageboard that aren't on the list they are free to do it, just don't be a dickhead.
