Special Courage event for those of you in NYC
>>50712 >Going to public exhibition of tv cartoons in a city that has been imploding socially due to liberal sanctuary city and soft on crime approach Don't live there, but what person is gonna risk getting knifed, shot, and/or mugged to watch cartoons that can be easily streamed or pirated at home?
>>50746 you cant hang out with dilworth at home tho
>>50761 Still seems like it's not worth it, but I also don't get why anyone would voluntarily live in places like New York City or San Francisco unless they like crazy, high population density, super expensive, blue cities being run into the ground by the local government and politics. If meeting Dilworth is the goal and you have visit NYC money and time then probably better off going to a convention in a place that's much less of a dangerous shit hole and cost less. Just recently at the end of March of this year he was at the Creature Feature Weekend in Gettysburg which seems like it was a way better option.
>>50761 I like the guys work but why hasn't he made another show? Most of the other 90's vanguard of men like Seth Mcfarlane, Butch Hartman, Craig Mcracken or Genndy have all still continued to make shows.
>>50775 >>50794 This isn't even unusual. Most creators in the animation industry only get one or two major film or series creator credits with a lot of lesser known credits for other works. Just some Cartoon Network examples: Van Partible Thomas Warburton Danny Antonucci Maxwell Atoms David Feiss Jody Schaeffer and George Krstic J. G. Quintel Most don't get multiple famous works like Miyazaki, Bluth, and Tartakovsky.
