Marvel/DC Anonymous 09/18/2025 (Thu) 18:58:16 No. 56915
Marvel and DC are back to doing crossovers after around 2 decades. Marvel released Deadpool/Batman yesterday, and DC will release Batman/Deadpool in November. There are a bunch of stories in here, and not just Deadpool and Batman. Let's give it a look.

And that's it. What did you think? Are there any Marvel and DC characters you want to see crossover?
>>56929 >What did you think? Feels rather weak. I criticized the Sonic/DC crossover as being too formulaic, but this collection just feels like a slapdash of random ideas that really do nothing with their characters, except for "Catch" and "GL Rocket".
>>56929 It sucks. It's all just a rushed waste of ideas with ugly art that's somehow looking worse than weekly comics. Frank Miller needs to stop being allowed to draw his comics. If he can't write worth a damn than at least give someone who studied his work do the art for him instead. Even Capullo's art is lazy in the main issue this is all centered around.
>>56929 Lobo the Duck and Dark Claw were better. Lobo and Wolverine just have too much similarity for combining them to be interesting. Did whoever made this not realize Lobo was a parody, especially in the 90s, of Wolverine and similar anti-heroes? And they couldn't come up with a better name than "Logo"?
>I hate Deadpool >Giving a penny to DC/WB these days is not happening
Did any of this conglomerate into anything besides random sidestories?

Marvel and DC both dropped new crossovers on their digital services. Marvel released Thor/Shazam and DC released The Flash/The Fantastic Four. Both are vertical comics, so there are some images where panels get cut in half. I'm too lazy to put them together though. Let's start with Thor/Shazam.

And that's The Flash/The Fantastic Four. Batman/Deadpool releases next week.
>>58164 >>58185 This comics for phones format fucking sucks.
>>58212 There's no traditional way to read them?
>>58263 No they're made specifically in this format to get you to subscribe to read them digitally.

And that's it for this crossover issue. Did you like it better than the first one? Are you looking forward to the Superman and Spider-Man crossovers releasing next year in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the first Superman and Spider-Man crossover?
>>58309 >pairing her with Static After all these years and failed projects why are they waiting so much money on her. She literally sunk Crystal Dynamic's game to the tune of multiple millions. How much more must she ruin before they kill her off........permanently.
>>58312 Well Harley Quinn likewise doesn't sell comics that aren't her old backlog from the Adventures & 2000s mainstream appearances. Yet DC keeps trying to push her as an independent girlboss. These companies don't operate with real world mindsets.
What the fuck is with this writing? It's not witty nor funny, it's...just...things...happening and endless dialogue. >>58312 >why are they waiting so much money on her For the same reason they waste so much money on Nigger-Man the lesbian clown, because the writers see those characters as their self-inserts. As far as why the companies allow it, I can give you my theories...
