Bios and Customs are fine, because they're actually *writing* and the thing I'm passionate about and enjoy doing. They're fun!
>What kind of inline are you making any way, nonny?
I'm not making a 'kind of' anything, and that's sort of the crux of the whole issue. I'm not terribly good at coming up with ideas for inlines on my own most of the time and that's fine; it's easy enough to nab ideas from other profiles that I liked or whatever, but I don't have the actual skills to create inlines myself besides like, making the background transparent. And sure, that's 'fine', but it's mediocre; and as someone who strives to always do the best I can, it's deeply frustrating. I could always learn, I guess, but I wouldn't even know where to start or how.
At the core of it, I'm just deeply frustrated that something that isn't at all related to writing is required to get by, or at least to not look like a shitter, on a site for writing. I get it; times change and evolve and I was there when eicon mosiacs started to show up on profiles to begin with. But, like I said, it's frustrating. And that isn't even including shit like
>Only having a few pictures to work with
>None of them are the right sort of picture that works for an inline
