It can be done with many entities once you can understand their nature. Taming and enslaving or binding is a different thing tho. Everyone must discover how they can work with spirits. Some can be befriended, some are simple minded and doesn't even need a complex relationship to work with at all. Some are whimsical and their nature changes with the weather. Some are methodical others are passionate. You will bond with the spirits most compatible with your own nature the best. Everyone needs to work with spirits after passing the neophyte stage. Why? Some spirits are "Landbound", some are energy or mentality bound. You either make peace with your landbound spirits or you gtfo there.
