Bhramari mudra, used for accessing higher ethereal dimensions, associated with the sound of bees, which makes it suitable for combining with the MMMMM sound on the breath out.
Yoni mudra, formed to symbolize the shape of a womb, is used for achieving a contained state of mind, as if sitting inside an egg.

>>4801 Kalesvara mudra, similar to Yoni mudra, with the difference that the middle finger is straight instead of the index finger, and the straight fingers are held upwards instead of down. This mudra is used to silence your thoughts, and to place the focus on the 3rd eye/pineal gland.
I've seen images of yogis when used as illustrations often have someone doing a pose with their heels raised off the ground in otherwise normal poses. It stuck on my mind because it sort of frictioned with my focus on calf mobility, and it looks like something from ballet. Whatever you contract, will become shorter when training muscles, so my reaction was that these ways of performing poses would either require a lot of stretching outside of the actual pose to compensate, or it will lead to tense/shorter calf muscles, which is contrary to what I want. In asia they squat a lot, and they "have to" because they don't have western toilets (not only talking about India here), so maybe that's why they get a natural stretch and won't become stiff from doing this, I thought. But in the past year I started practicing standing on toes for some exercises, since having an aversion to something without trying it, when it's something mostly harmless like a pose, just reinforces prejudices. I found that at least of the poses actually doesn't cause a contraction of the calves in terms of shortening, it's a matter how how you perform the pose, you can even squat with heels raised and still achieve a stretch on the calves depending on how you angle your knees. It should have been obvious, but I didn't realize this until I tried it. Same goes for other standing exercises. Also: performing them with heels slightly raised, increases the energy flow and the energy transformation greatly if being able to actually perform the pose correctly for other body parts. I also found that some stiffness and blockages were exposed when attempting this, which weren't noticeable before, or which caused tension in seemingly unrelated body parts which I couldn't trace the source of.
>>7673 There is an energy "gate" in both feet, right in the middle of the soles. If you ever receive legit nei gong teachings, one of the instructions given to you will be to slightly "arch" the soles so they lift off the ground while your toes and heel stay on the floor. This is done as to not obstruct the energy points in the soles so that the energy can flow smoothly. It's pretty obscure knowledge and as such a good litmus test to see if you're receiving legitimate teachings. There's actually a video on YouTube where some middle aged white lady claims to teach nei gong, when I first saw it I thought it was your usual nonsense but when she mentioned this little detail I instantly knew she was legit. Anyway, presumably yogis at one point discovered the same thing in their own explorations of the energy body, hence many of these standing postures have the instructions to lift the soles off the ground, although I doubt most people doing these poses realize why they're doing it that way.

I was looking into various hindu avatars to see who I may learn something from by working with. Matangi seemed like a good choice, and I then came across this thing called a Yantra, which I figured would work in the same way as a sigil. I searched for mantra chant vids on youtube and picked one which was ~20 min long with Matangi mantra repeated 108 times. Then I had intended to just stare at the yantra and listen to the mantra chant as a means of contact. But it actually took like 4 weeks before I got it, and I still left the yantra open in my browser so I'd see it every time I used it. Once I did get to it, the session turned out very powerful. I think it just took this long to get tuned in to her. I then did the same procedure with Kali, whom I already have a good contact with, and the result was similar. I can recommend this method. I used Gyan Mudra hand pose and legs crossed although sitting on a chair. Kali was more strict about the pose and told me how to sit when doing this, correcting my leg and feet position multiple times. Both processes lead up to an ethereal climax with a breakthrough of the resistance which had built up mentally from the focus. I also used vids where I could read the mantra, so that I could repeat it correctly, then I switched to only the yantra in full screen once I got the mantra right. I mean to try Shiva's yantra and mantra next.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uaXRxmprGSU For Shiva I used these. Getting into the right mindset for this took all day. I also found this to be the most chaotic difficult of them, lacking for me any clear focus point. I feel like it had to be "Shiva the destroyer" as the only path forward for me, which may not be his preferred form. Kali is already fearsome and destructive, which makes syncing easy. Matangi took a long time to get near, but presented ne issue once there. With her being a representative of the classless and a master of language, it was maybe just easier for me to grasp what she's about.

Process of painting my own Yantra. I meant to use this for meditation, but the painting itself turned into a transformation process. Day 1 -2.
Day 3. I consider this done. Expressing something in this format of abstract art was pretty easy.
>>10148 First night after beginning this, I had a dream about being in a landscape with four areas, like the main structure of the image. Events took place there but I can't recall what it was. The second night I had various dreams in parallel planes, during which I was aware of the image as a physical form which had a monumental and calming effect on the entire area. It was just sitting there like a representation of something ancient. In this vision I saw the external form of it and yellow energy was floating by like water around a stone.
