Her Mod3 is first mention of Not40(at the time presented like actual 40's fragment) unless I forgot something from Deep Dive. In Ch12 or PL 45 sees Dande and immediately connects the dots, realizing what lives in her head and they both basically go on with it because they are okay with this arrangement. It's a somewhat similar thing but also built on an entirely different personal relationship between the tulpa and its carrier.
