I'm a bit skeptical about having 3 stagger thresholds, even with the 'lower stagger threshold on hit' passive, but it's not big deal. As for the S3, reducing Sinking Count by 2 after triggering Freezing twice would basically mean a loss of 4 Sinking Count, which feels like way too much. Since Cinq East show the color scheme could be modified from Mostly blue with white/black to Black majority followed by white then by blue. I'd put Liu North as White Primary, Followed by red, with gold highlights looking more techy/hazard warning signs on their equipment/clothing. Some alternative weapons for them could be an Ice Axe that actually encases/covers itself in ice and explodes/shatters against the enemy on tremor burst. Other minor features I'd imagine would be spikes on their boots for sure footing/grip, scarfs and fur lined clothing, possibly goggles. Liu North's Glaive/Gundao equivalent could be some kind of specialized polearm that again condenses ice around it to form different weapons, possibly a giant glacial war hammer.

I assume it's supposed to be (30 - Hardblood Glaive)/10 attack weight, so it targets more enemies early, and fewer once he ramps up. As it is, it looks like he'd gain 27-30 attack weight at 30 and 0 Hardblood Glaive respectively. That aside, I think his gradual shift from early economy bleed mode into late damage rupture mode is a cool idea. The evade inflicting bleed count is also nice.
Is this something unique to Lord Hong Lu? It's not the normal Dialogues effect.

>>1079388 You are correct that it should be (30-Hardblood Glaive)/10, you might notice some other typos and errors that I fixed up on a second run through, I also forgot to include bloodied hand as part of the clarification for "Stored Blood". I wonder if it would just be programmed as converting Hardblood Glaive back into bloodfeast and triggering the aforementioned bloodfiend to do their bloodfeast to stack conversion. I also should clarify that it targets the bloodfiend with the lowest stack. But yea, starting with 15 Hardblood Glaive, he'd have (1+1.5= 2) attack weight if its programed to round down, 3 if it rounds up. The general idea is if he drops below a certain threshold of hardblood (likely since his skills force him to donate his stacks and he's last to benefit from bloodfeast) then his S3 will sort of mimic his unclashable attack. He'll have an offense level debuff, but gain a bunch of attack weight, inflict more bleed and count and heal just dump a bunch of bleed and count on a lot of enemies. And yea, once the bloodfeast economy is solved, he does lose his damage mods (stops losing sanity too) but gets good rupture count in turn and becomes a strong single target damage dealer. Overall he's a bit of a bloodfeast battery like Gregor (15 per skill, decent bleed inflict), kind of a damage dealer like Outis/Don, and kind of an off tank like Rodion. His major role is just to let Outis/Gregor maintain their blood stacks better (Rodion will naturally benefit from another Bloodfiend bleeding/eating bloodfeast since she caps at 5 times per turn which currently is only possible with multislotting bloodfiends, or fighting a bleed inflicting enemy). Since he has an evade I feel like I should minimally reduce his max HP to Rodion's. So if you have any more critiques, I'd appreciate it. I don't want him to oversahdow any of the higher kindred, he's only supposed to enable them more. I might nerf his s3 so his coin power conditional only works when his had 20+ Hardblood glaive instead of checking for bleed. So he either is a low rolling unbreakable mass attack or a high rolling single target nuke.

Okay, made some changes that should put him more in line with his intended role. >Lowered his HP to 220 >When below 10 Bloodfeast, also gains aggro when passive is active. >S3 roll capped at 21 with 20+ Hardblood Glaive, S3 capped at 17 with 10 or less Hardblood glaive but gains attack weight and unbreakable coins (rolls 13 if all coins are cracked) >Made base attack mod conditionals easier to meet (potency instead of count) >Added a +30% damage mod conditional based on bloodfeast consumed >Modified S3 so that it can gain up to 12 Hardblood Glaive after attack, fitting its roll as a "reset" for Cassetisault like in the boss fight. >>If failed to consume bloodfeast, haste was swapped for bind (as the lowest kindred, he'll always fail to consume bloodfeast if he goes before another Kindred) and gave him more offense level (negates his normal debuff) to account for this. Kind of leaning away from his boss version with this mods, but this should help him fit his role better without making him outclass the higher Kindred in their own specialties. I lowered his s3 because the value was too high compared to Outis/Rodion. It should now properly fill its role as a single target nuke or multi target bleed count application. The aggro should help him get targeted even if he triggers the self bind conditional. In general he's only meant to enable the 4 higher kindred harder but be able to become a secondary DPS once the famine is over. This I believe best fits PM's balancing logic, Director's powerscaling autism, and the player's desire for good IDs. If there are any changes that you think I should include or revert, please speak your mind. Incidentally, should I swap his evade for a clashable counter (deals rupture count instead) when above 20 Hardblood Glaive? Or would you rather he always have an evade like he does now?

If my calculations are right I should be able to have almost all ids at level 55 by the time the next season starts. I'll worry about getting them to 60 later. The path to becoming a profesional limbus player requires quite a lot of refills though.
