Okay, made some changes that should put him more in line with his intended role.
>Lowered his HP to 220
>When below 10 Bloodfeast, also gains aggro when passive is active.
>S3 roll capped at 21 with 20+ Hardblood Glaive, S3 capped at 17 with 10 or less Hardblood glaive but gains attack weight and unbreakable coins (rolls 13 if all coins are cracked)
>Made base attack mod conditionals easier to meet (potency instead of count)
>Added a +30% damage mod conditional based on bloodfeast consumed
>Modified S3 so that it can gain up to 12 Hardblood Glaive after attack, fitting its roll as a "reset" for Cassetisault like in the boss fight.
>>If failed to consume bloodfeast, haste was swapped for bind (as the lowest kindred, he'll always fail to consume bloodfeast if he goes before another Kindred) and gave him more offense level (negates his normal debuff) to account for this.
Kind of leaning away from his boss version with this mods, but this should help him fit his role better without making him outclass the higher Kindred in their own specialties.
I lowered his s3 because the value was too high compared to Outis/Rodion. It should now properly fill its role as a single target nuke or multi target bleed count application.
The aggro should help him get targeted even if he triggers the self bind conditional. In general he's only meant to enable the 4 higher kindred harder but be able to become a secondary DPS once the famine is over.
This I believe best fits PM's balancing logic, Director's powerscaling autism, and the player's desire for good IDs. If there are any changes that you think I should include or revert, please speak your mind.
Incidentally, should I swap his evade for a clashable counter (deals rupture count instead) when above 20 Hardblood Glaive? Or would you rather he always have an evade like he does now?
