>Genshin has Imaginarium, Abyss,
IT and abyss are the same thing, Abyss used to be on twice as often but half was replaced by IM. It's not twice the amount of work. Also, this is not weekly, this is essentially the same as extreme peak/drills.
>weekly boss fights
That's for materials, you don't need to do boss battles unless you're building a character. It's essentially a stamina sink, no different from EXP or other materials. Same with HSR/ZZZ.
>no sweep on stamina (lmao condensed resin)
They changed it so you don't need to condense resin anymore. You just spend double stamina, then convert that to finish daily quests automatically. Given zero weekly chores, genshin went from one of the slowest to one of the fastest gacha dailies.
>takes fucking ages to clear open world shit when new regions release. Story is boring as fuck and also takes 6-8 hours to clear because no skip.
I mean, that's the game. Comparing that to a weekly chore seems a bit silly. If you dislike open-world slop then that's fair, but it's not repetitive weekly content. That's like saying reading the VN sections in this game is a weekly chore.
>HSR has AS, MoC, PF
Extreme peak/drills equivalent.
>weekly SU runs
Yes, that's the one weekly chore, but you can auto it at effortless difficulty.
>ZZZ has Shiyu Defence
Extreme peak/drills equivalent.
>WuWa has ToA, Whimpering Wastes
Extreme peak/drills equivalent.
>Gateways
Weekly roguelite, takes 10 minutes.
>no sweep
You can exhaust resin in literally 2 minutes by clearing an echo node twice with double resin. Wuwa is honestly an outlier in how fast it is to do dailies.
Anyway, I'm not saying other gachas don't have chores or that there doesn't exist gachas with even more chores out there. But comparing to the biggest and most popular current-day gachas out there, this game is definitely up there. The fact of the matter is that a lot of modern gachas have introduced ways to speed up the daily grind, while GF2 has gone in the opposite direction since launch.
