Alright, I just let the battery run out in one of my surface outposts. The way it seems to work is that once it reaches 0, a defense battle will immediately start the next time you open surface mode. It doesn't seem like it will happen while you're away, but you'll only have 30 seconds to rush a team there to defend it. Once you beat the battle, the battery will recharge to 50% instead of full. The durability doesn't come back either, and I have no idea what happens when that runs out.

At 4 maxed out charge-speed OL lines (24.36%), Jussy has a charge time of 1.1346s so she can shoot at most 13 times. There's no space for ammo OL lines so her 6 bullets definitely won't cut it for her burst. At 3 maxed out charge-speed OL lines (18.27%), Jussy has a charge time of of 1.22595s so she can shoot at most 12 times. With a single black ammo OL, Jussy has an ammo count of 11, so she's still lacking in the ammo department. I'm Moran and too lazy to do further maths, but assuming no external support, we can (softly) conclude that Jussy runs best with 2 ammo and 2 charge-speed OL lines right? However, more ammo won't hurt her since she doesn't reload on burst like Edgelord Scarlet does. Though this isn't really the "best" since if you're running with a reload or ammo buffer, you can get away with less ammo, but I want my Jussy to be as Nikke-agnostic as possible with regards to team composition. TL;DR 2 charge-speed and 2 ammo OL lines

I know 001's brain and body started dying after Cinderella attacked her, and she replaced her dying brain with Lilith's, and now replaced her dying body with Lilith's body. That is fine. Get that. But they could have at least altered the body into her own form when 001 absorbed Lilith's body into her Dark Matter blood.
