The game kinda gatekeeps itself because by being shitty and outdated the only ones willing to play it are TypeMoon fans. These are the players whaling and playing even after 10 years, they won't quit easily. However, the Little Mermaid event completely sidelined the Commander role. Not only is the storyline devoid of any Commander participation (beyond being merely flashbacks, which was somewhat understandable in previous events), but the advices are purely imaginative with no genuine interaction. To be clear: I'm not asking for every Nikke to be romantically obsessed with the Commander. That's neither realistic nor desirable for good storytelling. What I am asking for is meaningful Commander integration into these major narrative events that doesn't reduce the player to a passive observer watching Nikkes entertaining themselves. The Commander role is central to the game's premise and player investment. When major celebratory events completely disconnect from this core relationship, it creates a jarring experience that undermines the game's established dynamics. I hope future events will find a better balance – one that continues to develop the Nikkes' individual stories while maintaining the Commander's meaningful presence in the narrative.

I am not gonna go into detail what it is, but it requires for you to get some character dupes. After that you can comfortably just have 1 copy per unit until EoS. Abilities are not locked behind dupes, like in other gachas. Dupes just give you a basic stat increase (I think it's like +3% to all stats per dupe).

So what are the lore implications of what Ziz said about men? At the end they clearly state that their goal is to "make a rapture queen", but earlier int he chapter Ziz says "It's a man, exactly what we need". It stands to reason that the creation of a rapture queen somehow involves a man which means that it is SKKs fault that marian turned into one. Levi also said in an earlier chapter that >male vapaus carriers are exceedingly rare so maybe more than just a man they actually need a male vapaus carrier? In which case maybe the whole research in the DEEP sector was to create rapture queens? Maybe the little girl in the flashback SKK sees is actually his "destined partner in creating a rapture queen"?

This anniversary has a problem where the stories are completely undercut by previous stories and I'm not really sure what Shift Up is thinking. Mori feels bad because she had to throw a rapture box at Yuni and Mihara? OK it wouldn't be great if Raptures got into Siren's bubble but the player knows that Yuni deserves to have her head smashed in with a sledgehammer and Mihara isn't much better. The current campaign chapters are much worse. After spending an eternity in Crystal region trying to kill the heretics SKK decides that actually he wants to be best friends with people who want to wipe out humans and keep betraying him at the drop of a hat and revive the one heretic he did kill. After doing this for awhile he then decides that they can create a Rapture Queen somehow and uses this to retroactively justify his idiocy. Sure managing to get a Rapture Queen on your side isn't the worse idea ever, except you know Marian is right there and already friendly. >SKK doesn't know about Marian No he doesn't but the player does. So why did they bring up this plot point only to drop it and then just rehash it in a worse way later?
