I think that the prelude event is starting good, the first chapter has SKK and Helena META going through a recap of the recent event stories relevant to Devil, D and her Whale, Hierophant and Magician plus some explanations about how Arbiters work, as a "team" and as individuals. That's actually a good idea to ease the players into following the story.
