>Phainon
He asserts dominance not just in his shilled MoC, but also on previous MoC that help buff everyone, with extremely easy, comfortable gameplay. But there is a pattern: those bosses required PURE DMG AND SURVIVABILITY. The moment there is a mechanic that prevent him from putting any meaningful progress during his ult, you saw that happened. His AS and PF's performance isn't looking too bright either. Yes, he has Cerydra coming, but that doesn't solve his major problem of not having teammates for half of the time. What he needs is a way to lower his ult cost somehow to allow his teammates more screen time, but I could understand if they choose not to do that and make him a casual-centric unit like Firefly, in which case, too bad. Just remember: mhy has the habit of releasing an overtuned female version of a male DPS a few patches later. Given Cyrene is another domain user, you can see the flag here.

Simple, but effective, with a little bit of leeway for optimization. Currently she is the most effective standalone 3.4 unit across all 3 endgame modes. I don't mind her staying that way with a bit more buff in number.
>Archer
The most fun 3.4 unit for me. Absolutely ridiculous skill ceiling. He doesn't just vacuum the leftover supports, he elevates them and put their names on the highest vertical single-target dmg team. They often make hunt units really good cuz they're by nature not casual friendly so I hope the trend repeats. I can still see him perform decently well in PF, AS and AoE MoC with the right setting, buff. Give him 200 mana ult and 3 FuA per ult and he's the new Feixiao.
>SW
A favorite child of Hoyo and they're clearly not shy showing that. Having a Nihility competing against Harmony for a BiS in any team other than Acheron is diabolical. Her amp is insane, with decent solo DPS potential. If it stays that way, we'll have the biggest winner of 3.4. Give her the ability to add bug that's not currently on the enemies then she's perfection.
>Kafka
A very interesting change, focus on frequency to deal dmg. Although nothing too crazy right now, Hysilens is right around the corner and who know? Maybe DoT'll be great again. Can't judge how good these changes are until then. Maybe give her another amp in the form of debuff to further solidify her driver role.
>JL and Blade
HP scaler without the ability to do BIG dmg out of turn is a big no no because atk scalers have Robin. Individually, they're better, but when put into a team, there is hardly any change. JL specifically feels worse. I don't think there is any hope of saving them if they just focus on the number.
