Almost finished everything this patch, only DA and Shiyu left.
I actually enjoyed Epilogue B way more than than Epilogue A.
The "HDD update to improve ether resistance" genuinely killed my vibe. My opinion of 1.6 tanked incredibly hard because of it.
In hindsight, Epilogue A really wasn't too horrible as a whole, especially now that I've replayed it with a calmer mind.
My only gripe with Epilogue B is Dina. The devs want me to think she's a tragic character, but she commits too much self-sabotage to be taken seriously. I was mentally facepalming during the final act, went from fully enjoying the story to just wanting it to be over.
All of the events are missed opportunities.
The flower shop event had cool cameos and I enjoyed building bouquets, but they made MC too separated from the overarching plot. Caring is difficult when most of the plot is happening off-screen. They really couldn't have thrown in a bunch of investigation/exploration sequences in there? TV mode would've been perfect for it
The choose-your-own-adventure thing was fucking linear, choices were inconsequential. Probably the biggest disappointment of the patch for me.
The photo event barely had any content but I enjoyed taking pictures of Vivian, Ellen, and Jane(forgot to save her photos unfortunately).
Not a bad patch to be honest, I had a good time.
