Out of my runs, I think this one is clear of any mistakes.
I haven't watched ZIC's video on Mibibi + Yanagi, but I've seen some of his other videos and he really explains stuff in-depth, so I assume that one is also good.

I'd also suggest watching his guide for Yanagi vs the Ass Destroyer - he goes over the stuff that really matters for her.
Stuff that inspired me personally to start running that team were those Bringer clears from the first Deadly rotations:

The short list of the things to keep in mind when running that team, regardless for who is the final slot:
>Mind the stacks
>Rotate anomalies instead of triggering the same one twice
but you already knew that
>Try to swap during the longer animations
Shimotsuki is obvious, but final BAs for both agents are good opportunities to swap as well.
So can be Dodge Counters (especially Miyabi's), and EX (especially Yanagi's)
>You can't pop Anomaly off-field
Inversely to the prior statement, sometimes you don't want to swap too soon because you need to actively control the agent to trigger anomaly.
And sometimes you swap off specifically to avoid popping them too soon.
>Use Yanagi's tool at the right time
Both of her EX and Ultimate will deal virtually no damage if you land them without an active anomaly. If you just press buttons, that'll probably happen, and you'll be losing a shitload of damage.
Even with Anomaly active, her EX can lose like 90% of its damage if you land it closer to the end of the anomaly duration without triggering a new one.
Her EX gives the whole team a Disorder DMG buff, but her Ultimate doesn't. That generally means you want to EX once before doing the Ultimate.
Speaking of, that EX buff gives her an automatic shortcut to her BA3 for its entire duration, improving her BA combo considerably, but that only works if you don't hold a direction as you swap her in, because if you do, she'll do a Dash Attack instead and won't get the shortcut.
>Remember Mibibi's timings and anomaly buildup
Because of how spiky Miyabi's damage is, you can lose some good opportunities if you try to react to what's going on instead of knowing what's supposed to happen.
i.e. her BA4 and BA5 build a lost of Frost, so you should be able to tell when the actual Freeze is going to happen, because quite often you want to follow it with Shimotsuki.
If you hold BA down as the freezing attack is happening, you will immediately start charging Shimotsuki after it is done, so the enemy will be frozen for a good part of its duration. If you mash BA instead, or even if you press it after the attack is over, you'll do a BA5 (or BA1) immediately after - that's not only slower, it'll also Shatter the enemy, and if the enemy was stunned, you just lost like a second worth of the stun timer because of that.
You can push it further and do partially charged Shimotsuki when you know you're going to otherwise overcap on stacks, but that's honestly a bit too advanced to do before you figure out the rest of it out.
The final agent will add a lot of their personal quirks to the mix, but as long as you start with the stuff above, you'll be able to figure them out.
Just pay attention to the buff and remember why are you running the support.
i.e. let's say you run Astra, make sure her buff is actually up, because that might not always be the case.
