Team 2 is so fucking slow to burst that any 3RL or faster team with an AoE burst like Scarlet or Cindy beats it. You've got to make your opponent think "I won't bother with two of these teams" instead of just one. Let's balance your teams a little bit. Move Blanc to team 1 and place her in P2 so that she bursts intead of Trina. This way your attacker can't simply use RH to kill your team and he'll get rekt by zombie Scarlet instead. Get your Helm to team 2 and try to build a 2RL team there with Cindy+Biscuit+Rumani. Noise would be perfect here. Play around with the teambuilder, see what you can come with, and post them here

Even if Ein dies you still have Red Hood ready to drill everything. If your JK survives you'll have her big aoe wipe being buffed by RH so it's still good. Assuming Ein is somewhat invested which at that level she should be as you're getting close to Mirror and she is near mandatory there.

Most people wouldn't even bother attacking a 2RL Vesti+Blanc team, it's just that strong. 2RL = the time it takes to fire two rounds of a rocket launcher. It's how quick your team fills the burst meter. RL is used because most of those with top tier burst gens are RLs, and the exact time you burst is not exactly to the second. 2RL is close to 3 seconds. You full burst before your opponent does = you win (most of the time). Those two teams look much better now, ideally team 2 is also on 2RL but let's see how they fare. Putting SR Anis (ideally Noah) there over Biscuit would work but that might tank your CP too much. You need all her gear overloaded and her doll to be purple so that's another long-term thing you could look forward to.
