This event concludes a little early, on the 23rd for the RE collab which will last for 3 weeks (supposedly), until the 14th. Then they can squeeze a normal banner in before the 3rd anniversary that might start on the 28th or might get delayed by a week tops. That will last for 3 weeks until the 18th of November. Same deal with the current rerun of the limited characters. It's a type of FOMO strategy to get players to spend instead of relaxing and thinking that they can just do it whenever because they're permanently available or reran often, ultimately some choosing to never get them in the first place.
