Work out, there's a billion ways of working out from hitting the gym to home workouts requiring no equipment, the only things you need are the time and motivation.
Challenge yourself. Something's busted or creaking around the house? Try fixing it yourself or at least learning how to do so in the future. Pick up a skill or a hobby. Drawing, carpentry, soldering/de-soldering old PCBs, cooking even knitting or sewing. Try and learn a new language, you're all fucking weebs but imagine the treasure trove of untranslated games, anime and manga you could access if you could learn Japanese. And with the constant bitching about localization, are you going to let those Californian niggers one up you and dictate how you're going to enjoy those games?**
Step out of your comfort zone. The internet is a public shithole but it's also a treasure trove. You have a fuckton of resources available to you, whether it be books, videos, educational texts, video games or whatever else. Put aside garbage like twitter and social media for an instant, you have access to loads of (mostly) unfiltered media about any subject you can imagine. Want to learn a recipe, you can find a billion ones online. Want to look up a book on a subject, you can find them all online. Want an academic text mathematically proving futanari and shota porn isn't gay even though it really is you fucking degenerate niggers, you can probably find that. The issue is that it's unfiltered, but that's where you leave your comfort zone. Take a risk now and then and try and dipping your toes into any of these vast oceans and get a better understanding of what's worthwhile and what isn't. I'm not saying there's totally an entire catalog of hidden gems™ that are 10/10 perfect games that shit all over the established classics but I guarantee you there's at least two or three games you've never played or even heard of that scratch a ton of itches you had for vidya and at least a dozen you'll enjoy playing. Always make progress no matter how small or minor. Life is shit, yes. It could be worse, you could be born in any wartorn third world shithole in Africa. You could be born in China, Hong Kong or Taiwan. You could have been born in the modern era and get groomed into being a tranny. Life could also have been better. Some of us have been born with chronic illnesses. Some of us might wish to have been born in better countries or in better families. I assume all of us are regretful with how we've spent most of our lives. Some of that is in our hands, some of that isn't. Live with the latter, improve the former no matter how you can. Even if it's something as tiny as learning one kanji a day when you're in a funk and can't be assed. Even if you just stick to planking, stretching, cardio or 'light' exercise if you're too tired to do any 'real' exercise on that day.
I know it's hard and I know going "lmao you're depressed just be like not sad bro" is retarded and reductive but ultimately your happiness and worth in life is your responsibility, not anyone elses. I'm not saying touching a weight for an instant will magically turn your life into gold but if you constantly have the chance to make your life better or at least less shitty, would you not take every chance you get? I know dumb words straight out of a facebook motivational post won't reach everyone but I, some dumb regretful nigger with really low self esteem halfway across the world who will most likely never get the chance to cross paths with any of you, believe we can all make it. You're already at the first step, acknowledging shit's fucked and could be better. Take that next step where you do anything about it and see where you end up.
