No, I didn't. Its not moot because literally the entire 3DS and Wii U lifetime was largely censorship and restriction, whereas the Switch had about 4-5 years of 3rd party game releases without censorship or restriction.
Sony did not engage in noteworthy censorship until 2018, and comparatively, the results are clear by the 3rd party games on the Vita compared to the 3DS.

Most of the older major platforms have recommendations charts for them that aren't shit. Either old 4chan, or 8chan charts. The Vita chart was made recently as 2019. Minor platforms generally aren't worth the time or effort. The 3DS was one of the highest selling platforms and a Nintendo platform no less on top of having regular threads on 8chan but it got nothing.
The proof is in the pudding, you need someone to
actually fucking care about the system to make a chart. The DS, GBA, GameCube, PS1-PS3, PSP, SNES, Genesis, Wii, Dreamcast, etc. have quality old 4chan charts, the OG Xbox, Vita and Saturn have quality 8chan charts and infographics.
There's a reason you don't see any quality PS4, Xbone, 3DS, and Wii U charts despite them being around for around a decade or more. Anons don't particularly value them much as platforms.

Nigger I've played a large chunk of the Vita chart I just posted and have a friend who I trade recommendations with who's played a lot of the others and whose taste I trust.
If you want some random examples off the top of my head I've played: Dragon's Crown, Muramasa Rebirth, Odin Sphere Leifthraisir, Neptunia Re;birth 1 and 2, Arcana Hearts 3, Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, all the Danganronpa's + the spinoff, Steins;Gate, a bit of Freedom Wars, Persona 4 Golden, Trillion God of Destruction, Ys Origin, etc.
And said friend has played (excluding our overlapping games played) the Utawarerumono trilogy, the Toukiden series, God Eater, Soul Sacrifice, the Hatsune Miku games, Dungeon Travelers 2, Muv-luv trilogy, Gravity Rush, Digimon Cyber Sluts, Ys MoC, the Atelier games, etc.
Both of us can explain why, and some of mine and his entries are either on the chart or partially represented in some way, or will be on the newly updated chart when it finally gets done.

If you paid attention to the 8chan Vita chart's creation, the Vita chart is
only comprised of experiences from anons who actually played the games and were able to explain why they were enjoying the games in reasonable detail. It is the highest standard for a game recommendations chart made thus far.
