Cheap and nutritious foods? Preferably something that does not involve heating anything up. No fruits are not food, they do nothing but increase acid reflux. And fruits are not even cheap. I don't need it to have 6 gorrilion grams of protein, although it's even better if they do. I like muesli which i mix with a half-liter of milk, but I need too much muesli. I was thinking of Sattu.
