Quirks:
T1: Air Walk [Free]
T1: Idolatry (Orbit + Good Face + Love Lucky) [Free]
The user of this quirk can passively shapeshift, their body naturally and subtly fulfilling the cultural ideals of wherever he goes, drawing on the appearance and thoughts of those around him. This effect tends to put the user on a pedestal, literally. It draws on religious concepts such as messiahs and allfathers to an unusual degree. Rather than just making the user beautiful, it will make him into someone others can place their faith on, someone they want to receive commandments from and kneel before. Efficacy depends on the user's own ability to gain a following.
T2: Wisebody (Hardening + Charles Horse + Creation) [100]
The cells of the quirk user can readily shift and adapt to any kind of phenomenon, growing resistance to anything that would seek to harm them. While impressive, there are some critical limitations. First, the user must guide these shifts by understanding whatever they are facing. Understanding combustion and how fire isn't a physical thing but a chemical reaction would grant them some resistance to burns. To become immune to a fire, they would need to also perfectly understand its fuel (such as wood or propane) and the precise makeup of the air being consumed. For obvious reasons, quirks that don't simply create or control basic elements are exceptionally difficult to adapt to, at least with just this. Second, the user's cells can only adapt to one thing at a time. Changing their composition to withstand a propane fire would make them proportionately less durable versus an oil fire, for example. Third, these shifts are decently costly in terms of biological energy. Blindly adapting to everything they face will leave the user hungry, even starving, until the quirk is unusable without their body eating itself alive to power their changes.
T3: Torment Network (Queen Bee + Wild Lice + Trigger + Scouts) [200]
This quirk converts its user into a hive of parasitic wasps, their queen living within his heart. These wasps are unique in that they exclusively subsist upon stress hormones and neurochemicals connected to negative feelings, literally feeding on suffering. The user may wield these wasps in whatever ways you'd expect ornery stinging insects to be used, but their real power is only unleashed when made to feast on the pain of others. Doing so, the queen can spawn a princess, who can then be made to parasitize another living being. Rather than birthing a new hive, the host will become her sole drone, and the newly crowned queen will feed on them to produce a Trigger-like drug tailored to their biology.
The more physical and emotional pain a host suffers, the stronger their quirk can become. But this drug also predisposes them to violence and negative emotions, easily leading to a vicious cycle. In the case of a quirkless host, the queen will attempt to produce a secondary strain that induces spontaneous mutation of a quirk factor. But of course, the suffering required to do so is even greater, "the worst day of your life". Such quirks tend to reflect whatever trauma pushed a host to this breaking point. The user has no real control over secondary hives, but the queens will readily communicate the biological, psychological, and combat data of hosts to their mother, who in turn feeds this information to the user.
T3: God Ray (Headlights + Decay) [200]
The user of this quirk may condense light at their fingertips, forming it into spheres, which can then be launched on their own to detonate into a great burst or fired in the form of a coherent beam. Neither of these effects are particularly dangerous, more likely to damage sight than cause real burns, but that is because this is only the activation phase of this quirk's true power. By collapsing two or more spheres together, the gathered photons merge and invert, becoming contained antiphotons. Rather than detonating as true antiparticles would, these antiphotons react with physical matter by simply erasing each other. These can be fired and projected in the same way as the quirk user does normal light, to destructive results.
T3: Geise Tiwaz (Sunspots + Brainwashing + Foresight + Auto-Pilot) [200]
The user of this quirk can grant others absolute, undeniable victory. The condition for such is simple: a person must simply state their goal or desire while looking into the user's eyes. Should the user agree to grant their wish, his eyes will shine a light into theirs, branding their dominant eye with a purple rune.
Although their conscious mind remains unaware, the target will experience the "ideal future" that leads to their goal becoming a reality, and will enact the steps required to achieve that goal. This foreknowledge is potent, letting them easily game the stock market or defeat once-fearsome opponents for example, but it isn't actually absolute. Failure outside the ordained steps compounding over time, great efforts against the intended outcome from hostiles, and true chaos can invalidate that future, ending the quirk's effects.
Once a future is set, the target can't deviate from pursuing it, even if they come to regret it. Whether they succeed or their chosen future becomes impossible to realize, the target's branded eye will be struck blind once this quirk's effects end. One of the user's eyes is also temporarily blinded until the target's goal is fulfilled or failed. While they can in theory grant two wishes at once, beyond the inherent risks of completely losing their sight, even seemingly unrelated wishes may conflict with each other.

>T3: World.Execute (Signal Pirate + Storage + Warp Gate + New Order)
>The user of this quirk may access an alternate reality within advanced electronics, converting the display into a portal. This world reflects the nature of whatever they entered, including data if the device has storage capabilities, as well as its external conditions. If an object is physically broken, the world is going to break apart, while if it is caught in a fire so will the insides, and so on.[Expand Post]
>The user is something of a god while inside this digital world, being able to bend and warp its fabric to their liking with all the potency of a system administrator or power user, but they can't move beyond the functions of the device itself. They could sabotage a smart washing machine, but not turn it into a robot, or pull the blueprints to a top secret military weapon out of virtual air.
>Being inside a device as it is destroyed or shut off is unpleasant, but leads to anyone there being spat back out into reality unharmed. The user can take other living beings with them, or be followed if they don't close the portal from the inside in time, but can't affect them directly for good or ill. Accessing the Internet itself is beyond the quirk's inherent abilities, but the user may use it to create portals between networked devices if given time to plot a course.

>T2: Nightfall (Shadow Puppets + Dead Zone)
>The user can project an aura of darkness from their body. This aura dampens light, and can deepen even the darkest of shadows, being pretty spooky. The user can spread and shape the aura with great precision, such as sending a long tunnel of shadows into the distance or creating pitch-black barriers even the strongest flashlights or light-based quirks can't break past. If they spread the effect completely, they could turn day into dusk for a kilometer around them. Does not improve the quirk user's night vision.
