General Thread #87 - Kindergarten Edition Jumper 11/26/2025 (Wed) 03:49:53 No. 178274
A thread for general jumpchain discussion and chatting. Please make sure to spoiler explicit images and keep hornyposting to a minimum. >Old thread: >>176225 >Horny Thread: >>143436 >Thread Archive: >>1331
So... How many of you went straight genderbent when granted that chainbutt last tread?

Why is it that western cartoons love super deformed visuals so much? Why do western audiences love ugly characters so much?

>>178275 I had every intention of doing so but couldn't find a set of pictures that clicked with me in time. This is because I am chronically indecisive. There are too many different themes I like, and I'm not even sure if I'd want to keep my own color scheme or not.
>>178280 I mean, do they? You're making a lot of assumptions there and clearly not expecting anyone to disagree.

To mention a topic that's less aneurysm inducing, Shard I was completely right regarding my "Quibungo vs Garou ends in the Garou getting their shit pushed in" post; we actually get to see Quibungo in action during the most recent Hexatombe episode and not only is it SIGNIFICANTLY larger than what the supplement would have made it seem (it's around six meters tall or so if not more, towering almost above the trees it stands next to) but it tanks a lot more damage than I was giving it credit for. It gets set on fire by several lanterns bursting and catching it ablaze and just wades on through, then later gets caught point-blank in a MASSIVE explosion which only stuns it for a couple minutes at best - at which point it gets up like nothing had happened. It then gets hit head-on by a speeding armored and spiked car, which knocks it down again but doesn't seem to actually hurt it, and they rush to leave before it gets back up. The Kilers themselves, despite arguably being the strongest team competing in the Hexatombe, are practically shitting their pants when they see it and don't even think about trying to directly fight it and just follow the plan to lure it in then knock it down with a huge explosion to help a guy reclaim a precious item the thing had swallowed. So it's pretty much large enough that it could absolutely pick up and just munch on a Garou whole and inbetween its damage reduction, the fact it can make 4 attacks per round, how absurdly tanks it is in actual play, and the fact Garou are morons, then I'm pretty validated that it kills their asses. This is just a VD 160 creature. For comparison, a Nidere (which I also used) is VD 320. There's also the Hexatombe Bell/Crown of Thorns, which I feel the need to bring up because it's pretty noteworthy for being so absurdly large that it legitimately dwarfs the surrounding mountains around it. And it apparently governs the entirety of the Hexatombe area, which is described as functioning in a way that's pretty damn similar to how the Perimeter functions. It can also just decide to seemingly appear and vanish at will. So no, no chance of the Garou (or Uratha for that matter) taking it down unless they can like, sabotage the Hexatombe somehow. And if it's anything like the last two bells, it probably has methods for directly defending itself if need be. I also looked up the whole "palcing that moment" thing the Host did, and it's honestly even weirder than I had thought it was. But I'll save that and the supplement apparently outright stating that "all rituals can expand infinitely in scope and scale if they were not bound by Reality's rules" to another post.
>>178268 Being silly is fun. >>178270 Also a stylish choice. >>178281 >This is because I am chronically indecisive. I know the feeling.
>>178272 I do enjoy Helluva being a lot more blatantly and flagrantly up front with how stupid (and horny) it is. Stolas's moments do get a little TOO real sometimes with how much of a fucking mess the man is.
>>178275 I choose not to comment, it should be obvious.
Posting my Chain because I want to. These first two jumps are a good starter, a couple of free companions, a wide range of practical skills, an early chain magic system, a good social position and money. Bases covered all around. >>178287 Benfire's a fun premise. I wish there were more fanfics involving it.
>>178287 >it should be obvious. Far too many degenerates in the thread. I do not understand the desire to be a woman and live life based one quick mood shifts instead of logic.
>>178285 >I know the feeling. It's great for not leaping after the first thing that comes to mind, sure, but it's terrible for getting things done once the thinking things over is dealt with.
>>178291 My indecisiveness tends to (fittingly, given the chainbutt I posted) center around what I want my jumper to look like.
>>178284 Left reminds me of something that could show up in Trench Crusade. Spoiler just makes me shrug and assume that like a lot of magical things, it’s possible but generally not practical. Middle makes me wonder why these assholes thought was worth hurting the thing until it throws up. Hopefully by around the middle of December there’ll be enough material in 3e Infernals out there for me to build one and throw it at the Hexatombe meatgrinder. Not necessarily ORT, I sacrificed some of the cheesier powers for narrative accuracy. Maybe I’ll just follow in the devs’ footsteps and try to replicate Basphomy in Verdigris, the white room test Infernal. >>178290 For me, I just do not understand the desire to live life with a significantly higher chance of incontinence, yeast infections and other baffling medical malfunctions that apparently I am only spared from by a longer urethra length and no womb. The human body is a confusing and disgusting system so unhygienic it literally requires specific populations of bacteria to function.
>>178290 >instead of logic Bruh, men are not logical in the slightest. But keep huffing that copium.
>>178288 Next couple of jumps are more of the same. Stardew Valley is a good place to pick up an effective warehouse substitute and the Endless Mine, since I'm not doing a warehouse build for this chain. As well as a couple quality of life perks. Sorcerer's Apprentice has another good magic system for the early chain. '10% Of Their Brain' also unlocks more intelligence, and with the learning and talent boosters from the 2nd jump, I'm set to become a skilled mage in the future. 'So Is This Science or Magic?' is also a really good force multiplier, as science is already highly applicable to improving the efficacy of magic. >>178293 >and other baffling medical malfunctions Like having the bladder and womb fall out of the body past age 40. It is just something that happens to women.
>>178294 Every time another video pops up in my feed about WallStreetBets, cheese running or caving I am reminded this is also very true. >>178296 Oh jesus. I should not be surprised this is a thing after I know gastroschisis is too, but I am. I hate flesh so much.
>>178297 It is a real thing. For the most part the women have to just push the guts back inside of themselves. It becomes worse if they have a hysterectomy. And there are even special underwear for women that have them fall out more often, to help keep it all inside. Put I have heard gays have a similar problem with their rectums doing the same after years of abuse. But with women it is just a natural part of getting older.
>Took too long before the thread died Nani! >>178206 >And it’s fully confirmed ORT isn’t even a normal Ultimate One by something even speshuler that shattered the Oort Cloud back when it used to be a planet and ate it’s original TYPE. And the whole thing is just an excuse to do Camazotz vs ORT round 2. Like LB4 write large. That sounds metal as fuck. I think I'll take this train of thought as inspiration for my Fate chain...somehow. >>178229 That would do just fine as well. The Getter can handle it all.
>>178290 >live life based one quick mood shifts instead of logic. I have a lot of men in my life my dude. They're just as prone to sudden inexplicable mood-shifts and blow-ups as any woman I've met. Humans are generally irrational animals who operate primarily on emotions and use their capacity for logic to rationalize the decision they made based on an emotinal response.
>>178275 I could see turning into a girl temporarily for a specific purpose but why would I ever want to make my main/true form female? Remaining a guy is clearly better.
>>178301 Unless it gives you the full-body phantom limb. Then the problems start.
>>178296 >>178298 The fuck Are you telling me hentai hasn't been lying to me about anatomy, for once?
>>178302 A phantom dick sounds like the premise for a gender-bend futa hentai.

>>178275 Guilty. >>178083 And on that note, fat elf build. Forest Elf The Fat Lady Healthy Eyes Genuine Good Guy 100 Not A Doctor 100 Divine Body 200 Gate of Potatoes Healthy Living Small Time Money 200 ...Surprisingly difficult build to make with only 600. I could swap Fat Lady for Healthy Cooking fairly easily, and I consider Genuine Good Guy and Divine Body to be the Link-est options. Not A Doctor is mostly vanity, and might be better off swapped for Gym Guru. All of that said, with this build, I have become that which I hated most. A morning person.
>>178302 Yet another reason to make any self gender bending a highly temporary situation.
You guys wouldnt happen to know of any jump that would let me import a corpse as a necromancy familiar do you?
>>178307 I do not know of any such jump, no.
>>178275 Does becoming a nonorganic being thus not having either gender count?
>All that talk about Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss See, the funniest thing to me about season 2 is the reveal the Exterminations have only been going on for seven years. And yes, okay, I get the idea that it's supposed to tie in with Lilith leaving and Alastor disappearing seven years ago. But season 1 seemingly built it up to be this age old thing, to imply that for ages, angels have been coming down to exterminate sinners. It's why Charlie is trying to figure out another solution, one that no one has ever tried before, it's why Adam is so convinced that it's the only solution, it's why Exterminations being a thing is such a big reveal to Heaven. But no, it hasn't even been a decade since this whole thing started. And then you get the Vees and the other Overlords trying to launch a war against Heaven the moment the Exorcists suffer a defeat, which seems to prove Adam and Sera right: Hell WOULD launch an uprising against Heaven given the chance. Sure, you could make the argument that this is only because of the Exterminations, but come on. You cannot tell me that for many Overlords, even aside from the Vees, the real reason was 'fuck yeah, more power and territory!'
>>178281 Same. Skeleton wizard? Illithid? King K. Rool? Damned if I know.
>>178275 I was a trap.
>>178295 This is where the power jump hits. Child of Light is really, really good for it. The combination of drawbacks in Child of Light isn't negligible, but is close to it, since even as bad as being on a time limit is, I still have a year and fully intend to deal with the poison in less than that through every trick I can eek out of my magical expertise. I also gave one of my Companions 'Hidden at the Heart' which is the kind of ridiculously powerful I need to have in my corner to be sure I succeed in my goals. The stealth best perk in Child of Light is 'Mercantile as a Mouse' because it is a monstrous business perk. I make the personal judgement that talent boosting perks compound if they have different levels of specificity(One School of Magic < All Magic < Everything). 'Reality Hacker' is a raw intelligence booster that also gives me efficiency boosting numerology, which combined with the additional effect of 'Sorcerous Prodigy', that makes all magic more effective flat out, trivializes the drawbacks of that jump. >>178307 Closest might be Shaman King's out of context medium item, but that's less a proper familiar and more a vessel for a ghost to use... though maybe you could flavor it like Pai Long or similar Tao clan jiangshi style mochirei where the spirit seems to be firmly affixed to the body it once lived in, albeit with said body zombified and possibly stuffed with cybernetics.

>>178275 I went with a twink/femboy. Which is not my usual cup of tea, but was the best I came up with on short notice. Really need to find a better way to sort my reaction folder.
>>178307 The original Pathfinder jump allows wizards to import things into their Arcane Bond and the Undead Master Wizard archtype can animate a corpse familiar as their bond.
>>178305 But Blade, we all know you would become a futa robot transformer thing with jet wings if given the chance. Not a fem Link
>>178313 >Child of Light Child of Light has always been one of my go-tos for magic. Great variety and the Drop-In's capstone offers some incredibly powerful magic, with the other magic perks offering their own benefits (Light magic perk's star wings let you fly seven times as fast as you can move on land, iirc, Sorcerous Prodigy again offers a great variety of magic, and the dark magic perk lets you use other forms of magic offensively).
>>178318 >fly seven times as fast as you can move on land, iirc You don't remember correctly. It actually says several times, not seven times. Still a neat perk
>>178317 If I'm gonna be stuck with one body for all time I do admit that futa nanomachine robot waifu is a liiiittle awkward to be on a day to day basis.
>>178310 The flip side of this is that it raises the question of WHY Dickmaster* and his merry murder band took this long to start getting all murderhobo-y. What was Lute doing with her anger management issues until then? If Dickmaster was willing to tolerate Hell existing for all those years, presumably he really is being totally honest (sorry fanfic headcanons) that he’s only in it for the shits + giggles since none of the other rings seem concerned about Heaven’s wrath (presumably the ban on hunting hellborns extends to them as well?), and was entirely happy being a popstar until Lilith showed up and proposed whatever deal presumably started the exterminations in exchange for her getting private beach real estate.
>>178313 There is little to be said about these two jumps. I want 'Conjoined Conjures', 'Safety First', and 'Magician' so I can resolve my magical style into a cohesive vision, but Cardcaptor Sakura is a big media franchise that I'd like to frankly avoid getting too deep in the weeks about, and as much as I like Flip Flappers, it's relatively short and self contained by comparison. I like 'Salty Science' and 'Asclepius Science' as a combination because they make applying science to exotic energies like magic easy. It's also not a hard choice, since I actually don't want much else from the jump. 'Collector' is surprisingly powerful. The Amnesia drawback is trivialized because of the way it's written and the fact I imported companions who aren't affected by it. I start to settle on an appearance around about here. >>178301 This, but pragmatically. Considering anon's usual MO, it's genuinely surprising so many forgot the two painfully simple words... menstrual cycle. That'd pretty much necessitate an oddly specific jump 1 just to get one particular perk if not an entirely different bodymod supplement that folks normally wouldn't even consider taking because of their usual hangups about badwrongfun inherited from thread. And all that makes me offhandedly wonder how many of those anons were too busy hornyposting to actually think about what the start of the chain would be at all, let alone in practical terms/builds.

>>178290 >I do not understand the desire to be a woman and live life based one quick mood shifts instead of logic. For some, it's a mix of them being attracted to the female form, and thereby associating it with the peak of aesthetics. And because they put the female form as the peak of aesthetics, and want to look good themselves, they wish to shed what they deem an aesthetically inferior form to adopt what they deem superior. Others have a visceral disgust for the masculine (or feminine in reverse) features of their body and long for the comfort of something that they see as a respite from that inherent disgust. Some feel that they are more suited for roles their society assigns to the other sex's gender role, and so wish to assume that role and the physical qualities associated with it. Others just find it erotic. These categories are not mutually exclusive. Of course, Jumpchain allows the rather casual elimination of most of the inherent drawbacks of the female anatomy very, very early on. So it quickly becomes less about "Do you want to be a woman as they exist in this world" and more "Do you view the feminine aesthetic as desirable", since it ceases to have practical consequences . So it attracts people who don't really fall into any of the above categories except a casual overlap with the first. >>178298 >But with women it is just a natural part of getting older. "(...)but really, time is the true enemy of us all. Time kills everything." But yeah, 30-50% of women will experience some degree of prolapse in their lifetime. Only 3-12% or so will actually be in any medical danger form it such that they need medicare care for it....well, assuming certain statistical factors stay stable.
>>178275 I went multiarmed demon guy.
>>178321 It's especially strange given just how into murder they all are. Seven years ago, they were all in Heaven doing...whatever they were doing. Then all of a sudden a flip switched and they went 'TIME FOR MURDER!' Okay, sure, there were some, like Vaggie and that other gal, who weren't fully into it, but even Vaggie was at least implied to be a successful Exorcist before she wanted to spare that one kid. So how did they all go from 'relax in Heaven' to 'extermination is entertainment!' in only seven years? At least it explains why Adam seems to be so reliant on raw power instead of fighting skill: he's only been doing this for seven years. Meaning he's only fought a grand total of seven days.
>>178327 That's it, thanks anon.
>>178322 I take Twin-Tail because Twoearle is free. I also really like 'Gimme a Tic' because it's one of the few high speed building perks I can remember off the top of my head for being universally applicable, strong, stealthy, while also offering a future tech base to use out of the box. 'Guildymaster' is for fun later. Affinities are another free power system to mess around with, though unfortunately, it isn't magic, so it doesn't fully benefit from my learning perks. The technology synergizes with Citadel's augmentation tech, which has one of the very few perks I could find that complimented cybernetics. I will install my Gear into my own body, among many other modifications. Though, I prefer to keep an outwardly human appearance, and maintain a relatively small body size with majority biological, so I'm not as thoroughly improved as I could be, and as I improve myself further, I'll likely make those enhancements even more subtle. I tend to end up becoming a True Ancestor, a TYPE, a deity of some sort, a vampire, a fox spirit, or like, a shoggoth right out of the gate. Heck, occasionally I become a robot. While I can honestly say I'd be willing to live with those natural drawbacks for a decade to get from the first jump onwards (in practical terms it's just trading one set of health issues for another), it's very rarely something my jumpers (well, the self-insert ones anyway) have to deal with. Because they near universally throw their physical humanity out the window at the soonest possibility.

Terminator is another power jump, because once I integrate alchemy into my magical style properly, I can apply that to my augmentations to upgrade myself with no limits thanks to 'An Advanced Prototype'. This is the first jump where I mass import companions, but I have all of them take it. Terminators are remarkably dangerous, but I'm an archmage. With access to time displacement tech, I'll upgrade my car into a car that can time travel. >>178337 Oh hey, something completely unrelated occurred to me. It's probably way too late at this point, butI felt like mentioning it to you. A while back you mused about changing the One Piece jump to have purchasable starting power/experience levels, but people talked you out of it because a lot of perks already had starting power baked in to them and changing that would involve pretty much redoing the whole jump. I just thought, why not make it a drawback instead where your power is reduced to some level and you have to train back up?
>>178330 Unfortunately on the flip side it also raises the question of HOW the fuck Dickmaster convinced Sera to allow the exterminations (other than S2 proving that Sera is not in fact smarter than Dickmaster). S2 proving that Sinners can potentially be a threat can be turned back on it’s head. As far as we currently know there is not only NO evidence there were credible attempts by sinners/demons to attack Heaven before the seven years, there is NO evidence ANYONE ever wanted to before the Vs made their power play. All the non-V Overlords seem to agree with Zestial that the best reaction to Heaven is to keep your head down and hope they ignore you despite the fact that exorcists are such low-tier angels that don’t seem to have any magic other than “sword good”. It also raises the question of what the fuck Heaven think Exorcists are even around for if not combat, given their training, and the fact that Dickmaster is apparently not fucking them despite being a horndog in his off-time. Because if he was Lute would be a much happier person. Did everyone up there just assume Dickmaster needs a LOT of roadies for his band???
>>178290 >>178301 >>178323 >>178328 No one seems to have considered the metanarrative implications of each sex.
>>178341 That's gonna vary heavily by setting. Like, being a woman (with Chuck's attention) in Supernatural is a horror show, whereas being a woman in DC grants you higher ontological status in at least some universes.
>>178342 >being a woman (with Chuck's attention) in Supernatural is a horror show How so?
>>178343 He's a fujo. Have you seen how fujos treat women?
