You mentioned Civitai, they have LORAs for tickling there. You could, however, get great results with any of them if you have the specs, and are willing to do some inpainting. If you don't have a beefy pc you can just buy some buzz and generate on the website itself, its really cheap. Each generation with those LORAs takes like, 8 buzz most, and you can buy 10k for 10 dollars. I recommend the models AutismMix and SkibidiMix for both LORAs. All example images have no inpainting, just raw result and quite a bit of specification in the prompts. By any means, while it's not there yet, we'll be the ones to live to see AI get so good at generating images that we might never need to complain about tickling artists again, so never lose hope my friends.

Is there a reason why tickling is such a difficult concept to grasp for an AI? Like, from chatbots to image generators to whatnot.

Tickling relies a lot on both, not to mention that fingers are combined with other things in a tickling image, such as an armpit, a foot, a belly, etc... If AI is already not great at drawing a hand on a pure white background, it will only do worse when the hand should be interacting with let's say an armpit. Training images rarely contain anything related to tickling, so hands are more likely to be trained either holding some tool or nothing at all.

I used the Armpit Tickling LORA for both, one with the Felix Argyle LORA with it, and the other with no other LORA. It's also worth noting that using a character LORA with the Armpit tickling LORA can lead to some difficulties generating what you want. But here are the prompts anyway.

After a few days I've come to a conclusion that it's okay (provided you want a few cookie-cutter okay-ish pics with celebrities or anticipation pics), but it ain't great. It does allow for more freedom than bing, but even to get a decent tickle pic you need to use a few tries (plus you only get 100 pics per month and setting new google account is more pain in the arse than disposable mail). It's also hard to generate what you want, so usually you're stuck with a few good prompts and that's it (wasn't succesful in generating feet unfortunatley). On a plus side, the upperbody usually looks good in the renders and you can even generate some celebrities (even managed to get something Saorise Ronan-ish). So I guess you can give it a try. tl;dr It's okay, but fairly limited and not great
