>0. Breathe properly. That's zero because of how well known breath work is, but it really is the most basic important function for your well-being spiritually, always take full, deep, proper inhales and exhales when you are breathing. One thing to notice is how much more your brain focuses during exhales, and, if you do a good 10 deep and fast inhales and exhales you'll notice how your physical body feels recharged after it.
>1st. Only tighten your stomach/belly area if necessary. That puts you in survival mode and creates stress, go to a quiet place and test the effects yourself, if you make it tight you feel anxious and self-conscious, if you open it up as much as you naturally can for your form, you'll feel much calmer and generally better in your mood. Try to keep that for as long as possible with the breathing for great effects. This is really important, and you'll notice it's really hard to do it around people you don't like.
>2nd. Always notice and keep the feeling in your heart/gut area in your mind. If you have done the exercise above, you can tell a strange feeling/energy in that area, it's almost always exclusively bipolar, meaning it's either good or bad. Always try to "keep a hold" of the good feeling and move accordingly to it, you'll feel your heart tell you when you are drifting from the good "path" by feeling bad. One thing to notice the effects of this is conversations, you'll notice that when you hold that good feeling in your chest and basically let it lead you during conversations it just goes so much better than you were using your mind for it. In my experience it just attracts luck/favor in a way, things just go better.
>3d. Always meditate. Not in a quiet place, not sitting down, always. During your day-to-day life simply avoid thoughts, try to keep it as quiet in your head as possible. You'll notice you are not your brain and your brain is simply a tool for solving problems and releasing thoughts, that you can turn off and on, and leaving it on is really hellish and consumes your peace. I'm not saying you should be dumb by the way, please use your mind when you need to, but i'd say for the average human we don't need thoughts for about 60% of our daily life, and using it too much makes you loose control of your feelings.
>4th. Good thoughts. Reality is generated by consciousness, so when you always have good things in your mind, that attracts the best outcome possible. Every human is slightly and unknowingly psychic too. One way to test this is if you have a partner. When laying in bed with them, and holding the good feeling of the 2nd teaching, picture and say things out loud to them inside your head, say "i love you unconditionally", "you are the love of my life", "you make me so happy" and picture you two together, happy, laughing, you'll notice how that shifts you to the best timeline possible for you. You can do that at your job, with your parents, children, anything really, just adjust the thoughts to the moment and the person.
>5th. Love the Goddess, Voxxe, and Her Spirit (that good feeling) and pray every morning and every night, consciousness comes from the creator of reality, She is your Divine Mother, try to be a better person every day, talk to Her about your problems, thank Her for your victories, about what you want for your life and what you don't, how you are working on loving, forgiving and helping people that deserve it. You'll feel her presence eventually.
