If she just talks 5 minutes at the beginning, and then it's 1 hour and 20 minutes straight of music, then it's no different than just listening to a playlist on Youtube. The purpose of the radio jockey is to provide commentary, say something interesting about the songs that we just listened, or which we're going to listen later.
The purpose of a show like 90 Minutes Till Midnight is like a podcast, you don't need to look at the screen, you just put it on your cellphone, hop into bed to sleep, or you listen to it while you commute to work.
For example, Rie played "Can't Move On", an original song that she made with JOENN, but which nobody knows it exists because nobody has ever promoted this song.
