Despite me personally not liking vtumors, I do love the
concept of this thread gathering together lost media from the 8prime years, as I've always wanted to remaster them and I've tried to make this the theme of the last few
>>>/v/ threads. I've even started going back through whatever archives I can find of the old threads to see what I could dig up.
Problem is, as much as I can fire off a bunch of SFW videos I remember from 8prime, I don't
know if they can qualify as true 8chan memes since the webms mostly collected a variety of content from elsewhere. If said vtumor is streaming this thread, functionally it's not that different from going on Nico Nico Douga and watching some random videos there, or taking some clips from SoulBrothaNo3. For example, jokanhiyou of Mokouanon fame posted the Mokou illustrations on 8chan, but she was also on a variety of different sites. I would post the webm of her drawing one meme set to Sunshine Girl if I had it, but that's an example.
Then there are the ones that have

Did you know the NPC meme originated on 8prime? I remember the "Limited Souls Theory" post was originally on 8chan prime with a pic of Yasuda from
Kill Me Baby attached. Some cuckchanner reposted it years later, and bam, cuckchan got the credit.

There was a webm in the very early days of 8prime that would play a clip of a purple-haired character going "Nyahaha" and crashing your browser upon finishing playback, exploiting a specific buffer before it got patched. Subtly requesting it, but the clip on its own loses relevance when played on its own.

Both sites would liberally repost content from the other, and of course since cuckchan was more familiar to the broader populace, it got to take the credit for anything reposted from 8chan. Again, it's hard to say whether or not the vtumor is better served just going to cuckchan /wsg/. We can post webms
heavily associated with 8chan, but if we want to stick to the purist definition only the collaborative compilations would qualify. So much history like Tetrachrome's dev posting updates before his breakdown has been lost to time.
While we're at it, I'm requesting the Omegle clip where GypsyCrusader comes across a guy in a Ghost mask and a BK Crown and they simultaneously salute each other while "Thank You For Being a Friend" plays in the background.
In the meantime, my contribution are these Hotline Miami memes, which probably fulfill some standard of minimum quality considering how terrible the ones from the modern fanbase are. Also some DemolitionD, to prove my cred.
Actually, I vividly remember making a X lore vs X lore meme for Advance Wars in response to a terrible one posted in a webm thread, so I should probably remake it.
