Bandos followers include level 12 goblins, so it's not exactly tedious to get KC for it.
But otherwise, it's not horrible to do but it depends on your armor and stats, starter runs would be 2-4 KC each (barrows armor, fang, DFS), actual geared runs (full Justiciar, fang, DFS) can be much more, because the armor stats are there to tank ranged hits from minions (you pray melee and walk under Graardor).

Not happening. The game nearly died because they C&D'd one guy's graphics overhaul plugin for RuneLite. Most of the popular plugins are inbuilt features to the Jagex client, they're doubling down on them.
Tile markers also make many older things objectively better to deal with, because a lot of tiles or entities have weird hitboxes.
>CG
I've never done it, because I don't have SotE done because I fucking hate farming, hunter, herblore and construction so I don't have the stats to start it.
They're all mid-60s, I'm just lazy about it because I play games to have fun, training these skills feels like a chore more than a game so I dislike them.
>shit servers
The US East servers are awful, 1.5 second input lag (not caused by ping, it's a networking issue server-side) and then half second server lag is the norm. It's better to just have 120 ping to US West or UK servers because they respond instantly (after the ping difference is allowed for) and 120 ping delay is faster than the server input lag, so you're faster anyway.
For reference, my ping is 16 to the NA East servers, they're just dogshit no matter what time of day.
I don't play with the "must be efficient" mindset. I do what I find fun, the gp enables that via buying what I don't find fun, it's like real money. For money I second monitor something easy effort-wise that pays decently well (like killing Vyrewatch Sentinels). It's not optimal gp/hr but I'm spending those 3-10 hours doing paperwork and watching anime/streams anyway, so why not also get some gp (1m an hour from Vyre Sentinels) in the background? It's the least effort, most rewarding methods that I usually do, so I accept the "sub-optimal" because I'm having a better experience.
