See, frozen fries and as a whole frozen anything is shit. Especially if it's processed. Just peel your potatoes, actual, real, normal potatoes. Also you shouldn't eat the peel - it is edible and can be made in a variety of ways but a bit of pesticides and fertilizer might remain on it, and that's not a good thing.
Basic point is this is a cumulative thing. Eating a burger or ordering food, or even buying some frozen shit you just pop into a microwave from time to time won't harm you but eating that as regular meals will utterly drain your body of any and all nutrients. You will actually be starving without realizing it on a fundamental level. It seems a lot of people and even our girls fall into this trap and then assume they need supplements in the form of vitamins and minerals, so they just continue to eat slop AND take various pills and tablets on top, not realizing that the whole thing is a pyramid of bullshit and that their actual issue is in the fact they see doordash and such as food and meals. They are not.
But wait, it gets worse. That kind of shit diet might and may pull you through as a kid, teen and young adult. But past 30 and beyond? Beyond that point you feel everything. Every bit of food you eat will have an effect on you. It's downright amazing actually. At that age and beyond if you aren't careful about what you eat you will simply go to shit, and the problem for people who lived via fast food and crap is they are utterly unaware what actual food is or how to cook once they're at the edge of youth and beginning of true adulthood - and their bodies are by that point really, really tired. Exhausted even. I think this explains why zoomers seemingly age so fast. Their bodies might be utterly fucked due to fake food and deliveries and so on and on.

Yeah, it's actually horrifying in a way. Once one of the girls starts talking about seemingly mundane things they do in their lives I realize just how utterly different and oddly detached from solid reality a lot of the stuff is and how vastly different my euro life is from theirs. The microwave thing for water is just bonkers to me. I actually have a microwave but I don't use it. It isn't even plugged in, it's gathering dust on top of a shelf.
Also speaking of regrets and Lia - I know shit hit the fan in a significant enough way and all that but I still miss Yuri.
