Stoked that Digimon gave her such a great opportunity to share something she loves with us. As another Digimon fan, it's great to see Digimon stocks rising again. With the TCG, Time Stranger, and Beatbreak, I have a lot of hope for Digimon.
The marathon itself was real fun. You could really tell how much Dizzy cares with every rant, rave, and reaction she had towards the game. The marathon's subplots like making the idol team, living with Deltamon, raising Lanamon, and witnessing Inori's mental spiral made it really feel like a unique little adventure with Dizzy and the Lovebugs. Every time Dizzy fawned over anything cute or nostalgic in the game was also really cute. The witty little remarks were on point too. It was a great time.
I know she was self-conscious about not playing optimally, but I think not sweating over it too much was the right call. Any other gamer would have just reloaded if they didn't want Deltamon, for example. And I'm sure any Lovebug who was backseating was doing so out of their love for Dizzy and Digimon. No real hate. On a related note, I hope she can overcome her brainworms over her status as an Invader member. She may face challenges with singing and dancing, but make no mistake, she is the heart of the group. No one is stronger than her about Invaders unity. A 3D Invaders performance without any involvement from her would be a crime.
Hope she has a good break after all that. Happy she's happy, and may she ride this high for a good long time. It's all well deserved. Dizzy love!
