It will be hard to come up with a board-tan design that everyone can get behind, if we don't it might feel too forced to people and end up failing.
So my suggestion would be to decide on a small set of must-haves like an 8-shaped hairpin or a colour scheme and then have people draw her using the onboard drawing tool without forcing to use reference images. We would then decide on a design based on the overlap of our drawings.
That way everyone can get behind her design. This will also ensure that she is simple to draw and that all of us, no matter the skill level, can contribute to the board culture.
